Fitness and diet are key to our well being - both physically, mentally and spiritually.

Exercise and good diet are vital to health in so many areas of our lives and we at All Saints would love to be a part of helping anyone in our community who would like some assistance or encouragement in this area.

We are so blessed to have the wonderful Jen leading our fitness classes.

Jen is a fully trained and certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals so they can enjoy a fitter and healthier lifestyle.

High Intensity Interval Training

On Monday evenings at 6:30pm,
we have a class where we do high intensity interval training. The exercises change weekly and Jen our instructor will do her best to
find the right level exercise for most, from beginner to experienced
eg. from easy to hard!!!

Low Impact Functional Training

On Tuesday we run a class, starting at 12:30pm where we do Low Impact Functional Training. These classes are aimed at those with more limited mobility and the seniors.
