We recognise that local support is critical. The diocese has three trained and experienced volunteer Authorised Listeners, two female and one male, supervised by the Diocesan Counsellor, who have experience of providing valuable listening to adults who have experienced abuse, referred to them by the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA),
